Balan Engineering was selected for this Design-Build project to design and construct a new 6,000 SF commodity storage building.

The building reaches over 35 feet in height and includes a low-profile steel-framed structure, a conventional wood-framed roof, and a series of large 25-foot tall reinforced concrete storage bins with wood slat doors for fertilizer storage, designed by our Engineering Team.

This specialized facility is equipped with process equipment, a conveyor system, in-floor heating, a drive-through, and designs that prevent the development of rust. As Project Engineer, we coordinated and managed the design and construction.
