Neil is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario, with a Bachelor of Engineering Science (Civil/Structural) and a Professional Engineer licensed in the province of Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, PEI, British Columbia and Yukon.

Chief Administrative Officer & Owner
Chantelle brings a decade of administration to Balan Engineering with administrative work in real estate and with the Thames Valley District School Board.

Lead Draftsperson
Travis is a proud graduate of the Architecture & Civil Engineering Technology program at Conestoga College. He is an integral part of the team providing designs for part 9 buildings and structural drafting.

Shah is a graduate from McMaster University, with a Bachelor's of Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and brings a wide variety of experience in designing and overseeing the construction of residential, commercial and industrial projects.

With an impressive 39 years of experience in Urban & Rural Planning, Civil Engineering, and Architectural design, Clayton is master of both digital and manual drafting. His expertise and dedication bring precision, efficiency, and innovation to every project.
