Balan Engineering has been selected to undertake the design of this 6,850 SF multi-unit building located in Tillsonburg. The facility is planned to accommodate a range of tenants, including a daycare and a restaurant, and will incorporate features such as expansive windows, canopies, high ceilings, and open floor areas. The project is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in 2026.
