About the Project
Balan Engineering was retained to provide Structural Engineering services for the construction of six residential buildings, each rising four storeys. This development is situated at the tip of the inlet to Georgian Bay, placing it in the vibrant heart of Owen Sound.
This project will feature over 200 housing units and will revitalized old, vacant industrial property.
Our design incorporates concrete pile foundations, reinforced concrete foundation work, and a precast building system, considering the site's proximity to water and soil conditions. Construction will soon begin. We are thrilled to see this project come to life.
