About the Project
Balan Engineering was selected for this Design-Build project for a 45,700 SF, Multi-Unit, Commercial Plaza Building built at the North end of our hometown of Tillsonburg.
Balan Engineering was the Project Engineer and provided Structural Engineering design services. Our Scope of work included Structural Engineering design, preparation and coordination of drawings and specifications with all consultants for the tender, permit and construction.
The building is designed to accommodate various tenants, including restaurants, retailers, and a pharmacy, and features large windows, canopies, high ceilings, spacious open areas, and a covered breezeway with skylights.
We continue to work with our client to offer additional engineering services for new designs and upgrades to meet the specific needs of individual tenants.
