Balan Engineering collaborated with Bremor Engineering to create the design for this two-story office building located in London, Ontario.

This design-build project, featuring more than 17,000 SF of floor space, includes floor-to-ceiling glass walls, full-span steel joists, polished concrete floors, and an 11-foot overhang at the building's front. Concealed moment frames and tension bracing embedded within the walls ensure the structure's stability.
