This project incorporates a pre-engineered steel building supported by a specialized foundation. High-quality insulated metal panels and proper subgrade preparation minimizes energy loss, reducing both operational costs and environmental impact. The structural and architectural designs are coordinated with the mechanical designs to ensure advanced temperature control, consistently maintaining low temperatures.
